• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transport strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch from our facility.


6. Returns & Replacement
• Since most orders are custom-made, we follow a No Return / No Cancellation policy.
• Replacements will be provided only if:
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered from our side
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
